Reuniting with the organisation that moulded the me of today. SDM is the place where I grew up in my professional career journey.

It is my dream and vision to bring SDM to a greater height. Hence the 10-years aspiration is charted and set as the focus for the organisation from 2021 to 2030.

As technology move fast, we also realise the importance for our customers to fulfil their business requirements fast, ability to react to situational changes fast. As part of the strategy, SDM is now offering Creatio (formerly known as bpm’online) which is a global brand for Low-Code/ No-Code application development platform. Creatio is recognised in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low Code Application Platforms.

Fully appreciating the importance of ensuring customer satisfaction which spells the success of SDM, we also recognise the underlying recipe is through employee empowerment. With this, SDM strive to assemble and groom a pool of asset thru our strategy of High Efficiency and Resilient Organisation (“HERO”). Talents are empowered to think out of the box and take leads.

I would also like to take the opportunity to convey my gratitude to the Executive Chairman/ Founder of SDM, Mr Ling Keng Kok for the trust and confident for me to helm the leadership and growth of his beloved baby, SDM.
